Frank Ottiwell

As my first teacher, Frank Ottiwell has greatly influenced my journey in the Alexander Technique.   I wanted the rest of my family to experience the sense of lightness and ease that I felt after my lessons with him, so, I treated them to lessons with Frank.  And he honored me with his presence at my wedding.

I felt I had come full circle when Frank came to my graduation.  (See video).  Below, with his permission, is the article that inspired my epiphany, which propelled me on my way to taking the training course with George Lister.

Sadly, Frank passed away on Aug. 20, 2015.
